In connection with the active expansion of the network, the company turned to us with the task of setting up the process of opening a store.
It was also necessary to automate the company's internal processes and transfer employees from the old Sharepoint portal to Bitrix24.
IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS, PROJECT FEATURES
We deployed a boxed portal for 250 users, conducted analytics, collected requirements, and set about setting up the Store Opening business process.
The initiator of the opening of the store is the territorial manager. In the transaction, he indicates the initial data: the planned opening date of the store, the address and data of the landlord. Next, the business process starts.
A group is created and tasks are set according to the template.
The process moves on to the preparatory work for opening a store, a lease agreement is concluded, designing a store, ordering commercial equipment, contracts for video surveillance, security, cash collection, etc. are formed. All these stages are fixed in the transaction, and the necessary documents are added to the tasks.
After that, Bitrix24 forms and pays for orders for signage, equipment, furniture, and cash registers.
Installation work, preparation of goods in the warehouse, import of promotional materials, mannequins takes place at the next stage.
Next is the “Personnel” stage, where the search and hiring of the store director, sellers / cashiers, their training, registration, and internship is carried out.
Separately, the installation of software and registration of cash registers take place and are recorded.
At the final stage, there is cleaning, organization of import / export and receipt of goods, registration and opening of the store.

In the process of maintaining the portal, we set up a business process associated with sending messages on a deal. In the "User notification" block, the message is sent to the employee by corporate mail (Exchange).

In the business process for opening a store, all the details and nuances were taken into account, which made it possible to significantly simplify the work at each stage.
It involved the Human Resources Department, IT Department, Retail Department, Accounting, ACS / Warehouse, Commercial Department, Marketing Department and Legal Department.
