CLIENT INFORMATION

KANZLER is a well-known brand that produces men's clothing for business and leisure. Today there are more than 100 KANZLER stores in 56 cities of Russia.

THE NEED FOR IMPLEMENTING BITRIX24. WHAT PROBLEMS DID THE CLIENT COME WITH?

Due to the active expansion of the network, the company approached us with the task of setting up the process of opening a store.

It was also necessary to automate the company’s internal processes and transfer employees from the old portal to Sharepoint in Bitrix24.

IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS, PROJECT FEATURES

We deployed a box portal for 250 users, conducted analytics, collected requirements and began setting up the “Opening a Store” business process.

 

The initiator of the store opening is the territorial manager. In the transaction, he indicates the initial data: the planned date of opening the store, the address and the details of the landlord. Next, the business process starts.

 

A group is created and tasks are set according to a template.

The process moves on to preparatory work for opening a store, a lease agreement is concluded, store design, ordering commercial equipment, agreements are drawn up for video surveillance, security, collection, etc. All these stages are recorded in the transaction, and the necessary documents are added to the tasks.

After this, applications for ordering signs, equipment, furniture, and cash registers are generated and paid for in Bitrix24.

Installation work, preparation of goods in the warehouse, import of advertising materials, mannequins occurs at the next stage.

Next is the “Personnel” stage, at which the search and hiring of a store director, salespeople/cashiers, their training, registration, and internship are carried out.

Installation of software and registration of cash registers are carried out and recorded separately.

At the final stage, cleaning takes place, organizing the import/export and reception of goods, decorating and opening the store.

 

We also set up the necessary things in CRM:

  • funnels
  • fields
  • universal lists

In the process of maintaining the portal, we set up a business process related to sending messages on a transaction. In the “User Notification” block, a message is sent to the employee via corporate email (Exchange).

In the business process of opening a store, all the details and nuances were taken into account, which made it possible to significantly simplify the work at each stage.

It involved the HR Department, IT Department, Retail Department, Accounting, Administration / Warehouse, Commercial Department, Marketing Department and Legal Department.
