CLIENT INFORMATION

The NewLine factory produces kitchen furniture.

This is a large enterprise capable of organizing a complex production process that allows us to produce furniture at competitive prices with a high level of quality. Cooperates with large Italian companies and European partners.

WHAT PROBLEMS DID THE CLIENT COME WITH?

At the time of the request, the client had a separate BUS and a separate Bitrix24 portal that were not interconnected. The Bitrix24 license was blocked because they used different cores and were not deployed in multisite mode.

There were numerous errors in the layout and functionality of the BUS website due to the customization of core files by third-party developments, the inability to correctly update the BUS and the “Aspro.max” website template.

It was also necessary to restrict access to certain directories in the administrative part of the site for some users (freelancers, contractors).

IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS, PROJECT FEATURES

We used Online Store+CRM technology and combined the existing website and portal into a single core.

We connected Bitrix24 and BUS to the git version control system. We restructured the kernel files, moved third-party developments to a separate directory and refactored them.

We updated the BUS website template “Aspro.max” and ensured correct updating of the Bitrix24 portal and the BUS website in the future.

We further configured CRM, added access groups and flexible settings for directory visibility. Using the built-in Bitrix.Sites tool, we helped set up landing pages and also configured the Chameleon module.

WORKING WITH THE SOLUTION. RESULTS ACHIEVED

Thanks to online store+CRM synchronization, employees work in the same environment with a common product catalog. Orders from the cart and forms on websites are sent to leads and email.

The system works correctly, without errors.

BENEFITS FROM IMPLEMENTATION

The client does not pay separately for 2 licenses (BUS and Bitrix24), but works in a single online store + CRM space. This unification simplified the work, the system became more reliable and convenient to collect and process orders from different sites.
