CLIENT INFORMATION

"VITA MED" is a home clinic that provides a wide range of medical services on-site to the patient.

WHAT PROBLEMS DID THE CLIENT COME WITH?

The main task was the transition from the cloud to the boxed version and further development of the corporate portal.

WORK PROCESS, PROJECT FEATURES

We migrated to the box, deployed a test copy of the portal and connected it to the Gitlab version control system.

We set up a business process for processing transactions with patients. We debugged and optimized the existing business process, which helps to carry out monthly updating of patient data.

In CRM, we have improved one of the main funnels. Added the name of transactions by company. We created several additional fields in the CRM entity card. We set up auto-filling of the fields: “Contract type”, “Contact”, “Company”, “TIN”, “Last name”, “First name”, “Patronymic” and “Telephone”.

We also participated in the development of an API for integration with the customer’s mobile application. We developed technical specifications, interacted with mobile application developers and ensured the transfer of transactions and contacts to Bitrix24 using the REST API, an offline event queue and the initial loading of data for the application.

WORKING WITH THE SOLUTION. RESULTS ACHIEVED

Employees work daily in Bitrix24, now not only at the computer, but also using the Bitrix24 mobile application, which significantly increases the convenience of working with clients and transactions.

Auto-title of transactions and new fields help to collect more necessary information about the patient. Business processes are optimized.

We also regularly update portals and install modules to improve performance.
