Automating the dismissal process can reduce the load on the HR department, eliminate possible errors and save time.

How it works

The dismissal process is launched through the News feed.

After filling out the fields, the application goes to the Human Resources Department (a separate transaction funnel has been set up for this). There she goes through various stages of approval up to the final decision - with the stage “Fired».

The card itself displays comments on the status of the application, with the dates of decisions.

Absence history

We also added the “Absence History” tab to the card, which reflects the entire history of the employee’s absences – vacations, sick leave, business trips and others.
