The need for a hierarchical structure
Bitrix24 provides for the possibility of organizing counterparties in the form of a hierarchical structure. For example, your client is a parent company that has branches to which other legal entities are subordinate, where the employees with whom you communicate work. The need to create a hierarchical structure occurs most often in manufacturing enterprises and trading companies with a complex sales structure.
Answer
For the solution, the universal list "Contractors" in Bitrix24 is used.
In this table, in the "Counterparty" column, the company's contacts are indicated, and in the "Partner" column, which partner it belongs to.
A one-to-many structure is used, that is, several counterparties can belong to one partner.
Information on counterparties
After setting up the hierarchy, the Bitrix24 user has more opportunities for analysis. For example, you can go to the company card and select the "Contractors" section. By clicking on the link, a list of all counterparties that are attached to the partner appears.
You can do the opposite - in the counterparty card, see which main partner he belongs to.
