Integrator user on your Bitrix24 portal
An integrator is a special user on your portal who will help you configure your Bitrix24 for your company’s workflows: CRM, open lines, document flow, telephony, reports and much more. The integrator can also enable demo mode of any active commercial tariff plan for 30 days.
Invite an integrator admin@garnet-lab.ru
In the Menu at the bottom left, select Invite employees.
In the window that appears, select Invite an integrator from the bottom. Enter your email:admin@garnet-lab.ru
Click the Invite button.
Possible mistakes
You may have already hired an integrator earlier. Then the system will not allow you to invite a new integrator user. To invite a GARNET integrator, do this:
- go to employees, find everyone who has an Integrator badge
- fire them ALL (there may be several, look through all employee pages)
- try inviting us again as described above
