Let's assume that the employee indicated more days than are allowed for the year.

Then the system will immediately return a request to him, indicating exactly what mistake he made, and offer to enter new intervals for vacation.

If the employee entered the correct number of days, but did not fulfill the condition about the multiplicity of intervals being 7 days, as shown below:

The system again immediately returns a request in which it describes the error: not a multiple of the number of days in such and such an interval.

And only after all requirements are correctly met, the system will allowemployee's application for a vacation schedule.

List of requests in the vacation schedule

All information is available for processing on the portal.list of requests included in the vacation schedule.

This list can be sorted, searched for the required employees, uploaded to Excel andsupplement with various functions (for example, configure the automatic launch of the process of signing a vacation application N days before the start date of the next vacation interval).
